PP PE Hard Scrap Suit for Low Output Plastic Recycling Pellet Making Granulator Machine

(1) Before starting the machine, first raise the temperature for about forty or fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to pull the motor triangle belt by hand until it is free; Pull eight to ten times continuously according to the normal working rotation direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to supplement heat;
Adjust different temperatures according to different plastic properties.
(2) When the pelletizer works normally, the temperature of the machine should be stable, not high or low. Near the vent hole, the temperature of the machine head shall be kept at about 200 ℃ (refer to material C and material B).
(3) The feeding shall be uniform and there shall be no shortage of materials. The feeding speed and feeding speed of the machine should match properly. Otherwise, the quality and output of particles will be affected.
(4) When the machine is shut down, the main engine should be completely cut off. The head plug (with wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before the next use.
